The ACRE Group focuses on providing management and leasing services for institutional and private investors throughout New England.

Established in 2002,  ACRE Group, LLC quickly emerged as a well established Management and Leasing company. Opening its doors with a portfolio of just under 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate management responsibilities, ACRE Group, LLC soon expanded its portfolio to close to 2,000,000 square feet of real estate management. In addition ACRE Group, LLC has proven success in redeveloping raw space, and quickly producing pre-lease, and leasing results. ACRE Group, LLC has also marketed vacancies and negotiated new leases/ renewals for over 120,000 square feet of retail, office, and mixed use space. As well, ACRE Group, LLC has provided effective contract management services for several tenant construction projects, as well as capital work such as roof and parking lot replacement projects. Additionally, ACRE Group has secured over $55,000,000 in refinancing for its clients. ACRE Group has become known as a reputable full service Commercial Real Estate Company, helping to fill a void for professional Commercial Real Estate Services in the New England market.

ACRE Group, LLC is an active Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Dan Charest currently serves as its Connecticut State Operations Chair. Dan has earned his CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from ICSC and RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI International.

ACRE Group, LLC is fully licensed to practice Real Estate in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Dan Charest serves as the Chairperson for the Town of New Hartford Board of Finance, and is an active leader of Troop 19, Boy Scouts USA.
